This media converter supports full and half-duplex operation with a maximum data transfer rate of 2 Gbps (full-duplex), as well as it supports auto negotiation or forced mode. This media converter is compatible with 1000Base-T, 1000Mbps Gigabit copper and 1000Base-LX fiber protocols.
