Dawn Professional Multi-Surface Heavy Duty Degreaser is designed to clean tough, greasy soils across multiple surfaces. It cleans heavy cooking grease/oil (polymerized animal grease) on various kitchen/foodservice surfaces such as range hoods, fryers, ovens, stainless steel appliances, walls and other greasy hard surfaces. This product can also be used for fryer boil-out. In addition, it cleans greasy soils on exterior surfaces such as drive thru pads and concrete sidewalks. Food contact surfaces can we washed with diluted degreaser if they are rinsed thoroughly, sanitized with properly concentrated sanitizer and allowed to air dry as part of a 3-step cleaning process.
