Made in Italy of flexible spring steel for strength and durability. Wood handles have smooth, natural oil finish with brass ferrules. No. 26 is a straight 1/2 inch wide all the way down and tapers 1/4 inch before the blade meets the offset handle. The t ip is perpendicular to the sides. No. 27 is 11/16 inch wide with a very slight curve on the sides, tapering in more 3/4 inch before the base of the blade meet the offset handle. Squared tip is perpendicular to the sides with eight tiny teeth running acr oss. No. 28 is 3/4 inch wide with taper to the handle beginning at the widest point. Tip is angled with the longest corner on the right and descending 3/4 inch to the left corner. No. 29 is exactly the same shape as no. 28 but inverted. List corresponds to photo from right to left.
