It also comes with two head/chin straps and a baseplate that adheres easily to the board. The head immobilizer has no metal components and can be used during X-rays, MRI, and CT scan procedures. It's waterproof and buoyant, so it works great for water rescues. It can easily be cleaned and disinfected for repeated use.
